Linden Maids uses products that are certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as non-toxic, non-polluting “Green” products – some of the brands are Greenworks, Bona and Method cleaners. Each product is designed for a specific surface, such as natural stone, hardwood, tile, stainless steel, glass, etc.

Our cleaning cloths, pads and dusters are high-quality reusable microfiber, which we launder between uses. Our vacuums are Shark brand, with high efficiency, excellent cleaning capabilities and reusable filters. For hard surface floors in each house we use a clean microfiber mop –  very effective for tile, hardwood, and other high traffic or heavily soiled areas.

We always consider how individual clients like their homes cleaned – so if you have a specialty product or method you prefer, just let us know.

For our STANDARD CLEANING, each room will receive the following treatments:

• accessible carpeted floors vacuumed
• accessible wood or tile floors swept and damp-mopped
• cobwebs eliminated
• general dusting (tabletops/lighting fixtures/picture frames/window sills/ledges/blinds)
• mirrors and glass surfaces wiped
• spot clean doors and walls
• door handles and light switches disinfected
• wipe dining tables and chairs
• vacuum or sweep stairways, entryways and accessible closet floors
• trash emptied

Additional cleaning in bathrooms and kitchens:

• damp-mop wood & tile floors
• clean and sanitize tubs, sinks and toilets
• wipe countertops, tile walls and appliances surfaces
• microwave cleaned inside and out

PERSONALIZED DETAIL CLEANINGDo you have additional needs during your regular cleanings – perhaps some light picking up, beds to be made, or help folding laundry? Do you have a special clean-up project – an oven, refrigerator or grill to be cleaned, your interior windows washed, or the grout in your shower brightened?
